普瑞巴林联合度洛西丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 讨论普瑞巴林联合度洛西汀治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2012年5月至2015年8月收治的带状疱疹后神经痛患者50例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组25例。对照组患者采用普瑞巴林治疗,观察组患者采用普瑞巴林联合度洛西汀治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者治疗前VAS疼痛评分为（6.11±1.09） 分，治疗后为（3.37±0.77）分；对照组患者治疗前VAS 疼痛评分为（6.31±1.37）分，治疗后为（4.33±1.47）分。治疗前，两组患者VAS疼痛评分比较差异不明显（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组的VAS疼痛评分明显低于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的 治疗总有效率为96.0%，高于对照组的72.0%（P<0.05）。结论 针对带状疱疹后神经痛患者，实施普瑞巴林联合度洛西汀治 疗，可明显减轻患者疼痛，提高疗效。患者坚持按照疗程用药，可提高康复的概率及生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of pregabalin combined with duloxetine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of pregabalin combined with duloxetine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Fifty cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia in our hospital from May 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pregabalin, while the observation group was treated with pregabalin combined with duloxetine, the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS pain score in the observation group before the treatment was (6.31±1.37), after the treatment was (3.37±0.77); while the VAS pain score in the control group before the treatment was (6.31±1.37), after the treatment was (4.33±1.47). Before the treatment, the VAS pain scores in the two groups were not significantly different (P >0.05); after the treatment, the VAS pain score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group and before the treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0% , which was higher than 72.0% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregabalin combined with duloxetine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can significantly reduce the pain of patients, improve the clinical efficacy. Patients adhere to medication can improve the recovery rate and the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
