老年慢性浅表性胃炎采用多潘立酮和法莫替丁治疗的临床观察

摘要：

目的 探究老年慢性浅表性胃炎采用多潘立酮和法莫替丁治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年7月至2015年12月收治的老年慢性浅表性胃炎患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机序号法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例，对照组采用常规 方法治疗，观察组采用多潘立酮和法莫替丁治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 两组均未出现明显的不良反应（P>0.05）；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.56%，明显高于对照组的75.56%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年慢性浅表性胃炎采用多潘立酮和法莫替丁治疗的临床效果良好，同时无明显不良反应，值得临床应用与推广。

Clinical observation of domperidone and famotidine in the treatment of senile chronic superficial gastritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of domperidone and famotidine in the treatment of senile chronic superficial gastritis. Methods Ninety cases of patients with senile chronic superficial gastritis in our hospital from July 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method, while the observation group was treated with domperidone and famotidine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups (P >0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56% , which was significantly higher than 75.56% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Domperidone and famotidine in the treatment of senile chronic superficial gastritis has a good clinical effect and no obvious adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
