手术室护理在急性阑尾切除术中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 分析手术室护理在急性阑尾切除术中的应用效果。方法 选取于2014年8月至2016年6月在我院进行手术的160例急性阑尾炎患者，依据入院顺序均分为观察组和对照组，每组80例。其中，对照组患者进行常规护理，而观察组患者进行手术室护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者平均手术时间为（18.42±6.37）min，对照组患者平均手术时间为（35.37±7.89）min，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度为98.75%，对照组患者护理满意度为86.25%，观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的并发症总发生率为2.50%，明显低于对照组患者的15.00%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的平均疼痛评分为（1.58±0.68）分，低于对照组患者的（5.18±0.84）分，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 在急性阑尾切除术中应用手术室护理，减少了手术时间，提高了护理满意度，降低了并发症发生率，有效地缓解了患者的疼痛感，在临床上值得推广应用。

Effect of operative nursing on acute appendectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the application effect of operative nursing on acute appendectomy. Methods A total of 160 cases of patients with appendicitis admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional nursing, while patients in the observation group were given operative nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The average operation time of the observation group was (18.42± 6.37) minutes, while the control group was (35.37±7.89) minutes, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.75%, which was higher than 86.25% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications, average pain score in the observation group were 2.50% and (1.58±0.68) respectively, which were lower than 15.00% and (5.18±0.84) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of operative nursing in acute appendectomy has less operation time, higher nursing satisfaction, lower incidence rate of complications, which can relief patients` pain, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
