舒适护理应用于鼻塞式CPAP通气患儿中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 讨论舒适护理对鼻塞式持续气道正压给氧（CPAP）通气患儿的临床效果。方法 随机选取我科使用鼻塞式CPAP辅助呼吸的患儿120例，按治疗时间分为对照组和干预组，各60例，对照组采用常规护理，干预组采用舒适护理，比较两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果 护理后，干预组患儿的治疗总有效率、对CPAP的依从性、护理满意度、平均住院天数、住院费用和皮肤受压情况均优于对照组（P<0.05)。结论 在接受CPAP治疗的同时采用舒适护理模式，可显著降低患儿皮肤受压情况，提升患儿对CPAP的依从性，缩短住院天数，降低住院费用，提高了患儿家属的满意度，保证了护理工作的顺利进行，值得在 临床推广。

Clinical effect of comfortable nursing in children with nasal CPAP model ventilation

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in children with continuous positive airway oxygen (CPAP）ventilation. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of children treated with CPAP ventilation were randomly selected in our department and divded into control group and intervention group according to the admission order, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care, while the intervention group accepted comfortable nursing, the nursing effects were compared in the two groups. Results After nursing, the total effective rate, CPAP compliance, nursing satisfaction, average hospital stays, costs and skin compressive conditions of the intervention group were significantly superior to those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion At the same time of using CPAP therapy, the children given comfortable nursing can reduce the compression of childrens skin, improve the children` CPAP adherence, shorten the hospitalization days and reduce the hospitalization expenses, as well as improve the satisfaction of children`s family and ensure the smooth progress of the nursing work, which is worthy of popularization.
