超声及乳腺钼靶X线摄影诊断乳腺导管内癌效果比较

摘要：
目的 比较超声及乳腺钼靶X 线摄影应用于乳腺导管内癌的诊断结果。方法 抽取本院收治的乳腺导管内癌患者50例，所有 患者均采取超声检查及乳腺钼靶X 线检查，分析两种方法的诊断结果。结果 乳腺钼靶X 线检查结果表明：边界不规则的高密度影患者18例（36.0%），丛样微小钙化点21例（42.0%）；造影检查发现导管充盈缺损11例（22.0%）。超声检查结果表明：不规则实性肿块14例（28.0%），规则实性肿块11例（22.0%），囊性肿块5例（10.0%）。乳腺钼靶X线检查诊断的总符合率为78.0%，超声检查为60.0%，两种检查方法总符合率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 乳腺导管内癌患者采用乳腺钼靶 X线检查的诊断正确率高于超声检查方法，临床检查中应适当使用两组检查方法，以提高诊断正确率。

The effect comparison of ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the results of ultrasonography and mammography in the diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ. Methods Fifty cases of patients with ductal carcinoma in situ admitted in our hospital were examined with ultrasonography and mammography. The diagnostic results were analyzed. Results The results of X-ray examination showed that there were 18 cases of high density (36.0%) and 21 cases (42.0%) of small calcification, and 11 cases (22.0%) found with angiography. The results of ultrasonography showed that there were 14 cases (28.0%) of irregular solid masses, 11 cases (22.0%) of regular solid masses and 5 cases (10.0%) of cystic masses. The total coincidence rate of mammography was 78.0%, ultrasound examination was 60.0%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of mammography in ductal carcinoma in situ is higher than that of ultrasonography. The two methods could be properly used in the clinical examination to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
