针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

摘要：

目的 观察针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的颈性眩晕患者82例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各41例。对照组单用针灸治疗，观察组用针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗，1个月后比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前、后中医证候情况、椎-基底动脉收缩期最大血流流速差异。结果 治疗前，两组患者症状总积分、椎-基底动脉收缩期最大血流流速差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者症状总积分、椎-基底动脉 收缩期最大血流流速都降低，且观察组较对照组降低得更明显（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者总有效率为85.4%，高于对照组的73.2%（P<0.05）。结论 针灸联合加味益气聪明汤治疗颈性眩晕具有良好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with Yiqi Congming decoction on cervical vertigo

ABSTRACT：Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Yiqi Congming decoction on cervical vertigo. Methods Eighty-two cases of patients with cervical vertigo in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yiqi Congming decoction. The treatment effect, TCM syndromes before and after treatment and the maximum systolic blood flow velocity in the vertebrobasilar artery were compared in the two groups. Results Before treatment, the difference TCM syndrome, maximum systolic blood flow velocity in the vertebrobasilar artery of the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores and maximum systolic blood flow velocity in the vertebrobasilar artery of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was more obviously than the control group (P<0.05). The total effect rate of the observation group was 85.4%, which was higher than 73.2% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Yiqi Congming decoction on cervical vertigo has good clinical effect.
