六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病的临床效果及安全性。方法 将64例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组采用西药控制血糖，观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药六味地黄丸治疗。两组均给予相同的饮食控制、运动疗法及健康宣教。比较两组治疗效果，治疗前、后血糖、胰岛素水平及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组的78.13%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的FBG、PBG、HbA1c、FINS、ISI水平显著优于治疗前，且观察组的各项指标优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用中药制剂六味地黄丸辅助治疗糖尿病，临床效果显著，安全性好，值得推广及应用。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect and security of Liuwei Dihuang pill on diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine to control blood sugar, while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group. The same diet
control, exercise therapy and health education were used in the two groups. The treatment effect, blood sugar and insulin levels before and after treatment, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 78.13% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FBG, PBG, HbA1c, FINS, ISI of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of diabetes mellitus is remarkable and safe, which is worthy of promotion and application.
