儿童过敏性紫癜不同时期血清D-二聚体水平与病程的相关性研究

摘要：

目的 研究儿童过敏性紫癜不同时期血清D-二聚体水平与病程的相关性。方法 统计分析我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的儿童过敏性紫癜患儿86例的临床资料。结果 不同疾病类型患儿病程超过2 周、3个月的血清D-二聚体水平均 显著低于入院1 d 时（P<0.05）；入院1 d 混合型患儿的血清D-二聚体水平显著高于单纯型患儿（P<0.05）；不同疾病类型患 儿病程超过2周、3个月的血清D-二聚体水平增高率均显著低于入院1 d（P<0.05），而病程超过3个月的血清D-二聚体水平增高率又均显著低于病程超过2周患儿（P<0.05）；入院1 d混合型患儿的血清D-二聚体水平增高率显著高于单纯型患儿（P<0.05）。结论 儿童过敏性紫癜入院1 d 内血清D-二聚体水平与病程无相关性，但病程超过2 周的血清D-二聚体水平与病程显著相关。

Relevances study of serum D-dimer levels at different times and courses of Henoch purpura

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the relevances of serum D-dimer levels at different times and courses of Henoch purpura. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of children with Henoch purpura who were treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results The serum D-dimer levels course more than 2 weeks, 3 months of children with different types of disease were significantly lower than those within 1 d after admission (P<0.05); the serum D-dimer levels within 1 d after admission of the mixed children were significantly higher than that of the simple type (P<0.05); The increased rates of serum D-dimer levels courses more than 2 weeks, 3 months of children with different types of diseases were significantly lower than within 1 d after admission (P<0.05), while the increased rate of serum D-dimer levels courses after 3 months of children with different types of diseases were significantly lower than those of more than 2 weeks (P<0.05);the increased rate of serum D-dimer levels within 1 d after admission of the mixed children was significantly higher than the simple type (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum D-dimer level within 1 d after admission of Henoch purpura and course have no relevance, but it have significant relevances with more than 2 weeks .
