酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法 在医院2015年1月至2016年1月诊治的黄疸新生儿中抽取800例作为研究对象，按随机抽签方式分为两组，治疗组（n=400）应用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗，对照组（n=400）单纯使用茵栀黄口服液治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效、黄疸消失时间、治疗前后血清胆红素水平变化及用药后不良反应发生率。结果 治疗组患儿治疗有效率高于对照组（P<0.05），黄疸消失时间短于对照组
（P<0.01），治疗后血清胆红素水平低于对照组（P<0.01），而不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果确切，起效快，可明显纠正患儿血清胆红素水平，且用药安全性较高。

Clinical effect of clostridium bacillus subtilis powder combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid

on neonatal jaundice

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clostridium bacillus subtilis powder combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Eight hundred cases of neonatal jaundice according to random ballot diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as study objects, and divided into two groups according to random ballot. The treatment group (n=400) received clostridium bacillus subtilis powder combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid, while the control group (n =400) only accepted Yinzhihuang oral liquid treatment, then the clinical efficacy, jaundice disappearing time, serum bilirubin levels before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), jaundice disappearing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01), and serum bilirubin level after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Clostridium bacillus subtilis powder combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid has remarkable clinical effect on neonatal jaundice, with rapid onset, which can effectively lower the serum bilirubin level, and has higher drug safety.
