臭氧消融结合射频热凝治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果评价

摘要:

目的 评价臭氧消融结合射频热凝治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取在我院就诊的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组患者接受臭氧消融+射频热凝治疗,对照组患者接受臭氧消融治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前、后F波的平均传导速度和VAS评分。结果 观察组总有效率96.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者腓总神经和胫后神经肌电图F波传导速度显著快于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组腓总神经和胫后神经肌电图 F波传导速度显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组术后1个月和术后3个月VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 臭氧消融结合射频热凝治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可改善患者下肢神经功能,缓解疼痛,值得临床推广。

    Evaluation of the effect of ozone ablation combined with radiofrequency coagulation

    in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

    ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of ozone ablation combined with radiofrequency coagulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received ozone ablation combined with radiofrequency coagulation, and the control group received ozone ablation. The clinical efficacy, average conduction velocity of F wave and the VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 84.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the average conduction velocities of F wave of nervus peroneus communis and posterior tibial nerve in the two groups were significantly faster than those before treatment (P<0.05); and the average conduction velocities of F wave of nervus peroneus communis and posterior tibial nerve in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group. After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the VAS scores of 1 month, 3 months after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ozone ablation combined with radiofrequency thermal coagulation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which can improve the lower limb nerve function and relieve pain of patients. And it is worthy of clinical application.
