不同手术方法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 比较单侧锁定钢板与双侧切口双侧普通解剖钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取60例在我院就诊的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组采用双侧切口双侧普通解剖钢板内固定，对照组采用单侧锁定钢板内固定，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者术后1年膝关节功能优良率为 93.33%，显著高于对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）。两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及术后负重时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为10.00%，显著低于对照组的30.00%（P<0.05）。结论 双侧切口双侧普通解剖钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折，临床效果优于单侧锁定钢板内固定，并发症少。

Clinical observation of different surgical methods in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between unilateral locking plate and bilateral incision bilateral common anatomic plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods Sixty patients with complex tibial plateau fractures in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group adopted bilateral incision bilateral common anatomical plate fixation, while the control group adopted unilateral locking plate fixation. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of knee function at 1 year after surgery of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time and postoperative weight-bearing time between the two groups (P>0.05). The complications rate of the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than 30.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bilateral incision bilateral common anatomic plate internal fixation has better clinical efficacy than unilateral locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures, which has fewer complications.
