妇科腹腔镜手术中应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚恒速输注麻醉效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚恒速输注麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法 选取38例妇科腹腔镜手术患者作为试验组，采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚恒速输注麻醉。选取同期38例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为对照组，采用芬太尼复合静脉麻醉方式，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 试验组患者的药物起效时间、术后拔管时间、定向力恢复时间、睁眼时间均明显低于对照组，术中各项指标情况均明显优于对照组，且牵拉反应及疼痛程度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妇科腹腔镜手术中应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉的效果良好，能够保证手术安全实施，对患者术后恢复具有显著 作用。

Observation on the anesthesia effect of constant infusion of remifentanil combined with propofol in gynecological laparoscopic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of constant infusion of remifentanil combined with propofol in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Thirty -eight cases who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were selected as the experimental group, and they used constant infusion of remifentanil combined with propofol. In the same period, 38 patients cases who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were selected as the control group, and they received fentanyl combined intravenous anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of two groups was compared. Results The time of drug onset, the time of extubation, the recovery time of directional force and the time of open eyes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the intraoperative indexes were better than those of the control group, and the degree of pulling reaction and pain were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol has good effect in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, which can guarantee the operation safety, and has a significant effect for patients` postoperative recovery.
