超声引导下穿刺引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿的临床研究

摘要：

目的 分析超声引导下穿刺引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿的临床效果。方法 选取本院2013年9月至2014年8月收治的胰腺假性囊肿患者17例，采用超声引导下穿刺引流与开腹囊肿空肠吻合术，并观察临床效果。结果 17例患者共穿刺17次，成功率 100%，其中穿刺引流有15例患者为腹前壁，2例侧壁，共放置引流管18根。所有患者随访1~19个月，有15例患者囊肿消失后拔管，其中14例均未复发，1例患者复发后再穿刺。2例患者因囊腔与主胰管相同而改行开腹囊肿空肠吻合术。超声引导下穿刺引流后，均未产生并发症。结论 超声引导下穿刺引流对于胰腺假性肿瘤的效果显著，并发症产生的几率小，能在多部位重复治疗，值得临床应用。

Clinical study of ultrasound guided puncture and drainage in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound guided puncture drainage in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst. Methods Seventeen cases of patients with pancreatic pseudocyst admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 were selected. All the patients were treated with ultrasound guided drainage and laparotomy, and the clinical effect was observed. Results Seventeen cases of patients were punctured for 17 times, and the the success rate was 100%. Among them, 15 cases of patients had anterior abdominal wall, and others were lateral wall in 2 cases; 18 drainage tubes were placed. All the patients were followed up for 1-19 months, 15 cases of cyst disappeared after extubation, of which no recurrence of the 14 cases, the recurrence of the puncture in 1 cases. Two patients with cyst and the main pancreatic duct was same and converted to open cyst jejunum anastomosis. No complications were found after ultrasound guided drainage. Conclusion Ultrasound guided drainage is a significant and effective method in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst, and it can be repeated in multiple sites, which is worthy of clinical application.
