一次法和多次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎疗效及对术后疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 对比一次法和多次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎疗效及对术后疼痛的影响。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法，选择2012年2月至2015年9月在我院诊治的慢性牙髓炎患者840例，按照接诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组，各420例，观察组给予一 次法根管治疗，对照组采用多次法根管治疗，1个月后复诊观察疗效。结果 观察组与对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为 94.52%和80.24%，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后无疼痛者多于对照组，轻、中、重度疼痛者均显著少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 相对于多次法，一次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎能提高治疗效果，缓解术后疼痛，值得在基层医院继续推广使用。

Effect of one-visit and multiple root canal therapy on chronic pulpitis and postoperative pain

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of one -visit and multiple root canal therapy on chronic pulpitis and postoperative pain. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 840 cases of patients with chronic pulpitis in our hospital from February 2012 to September 2015, and all the patients were divided into control group (n =420) and observation group (n=420). The observation group was treated with one-visit root canal, and the control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy, the therapeutic effect in the two groups was observed after treated for 1 month. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.52%, which was significantly higher than 80.24% of the control group (P<0.05); the no pain patients in the observation group were more than that of the control group, and the severe, moderate and mild pain patients in the observation group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with multiple root canal therapy, one-visit therapy root canal of the treatment of patients with chronic pulpitis can improve the clinical effect and relieve postoperative pain, so it is worth popularizing and application in clinic.
