美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭58例疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 将116例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组58例。两组均给予常规对症支持治疗，对照组除常规治疗外，另外给予卡托普利治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上，另外给予美托洛尔治疗，比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后患者心功能改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗6个月后，观察组总有效率达91.4%，显著高于对照组的70.7%（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV显著优于对照组（P<0.01）；两组患者的不良反应发生率经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 采用美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰 竭临床效果优于单用卡托普利治疗，患者心功能改善显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of metoprolol combined with captopril in the treatment of 58 cases

of chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with captopril in the treatmet of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and sixteen cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. Two groups were both given conventional support treatment, the control group added captopril treatment, the observation group added metoprolol treatment on the basis of the control group, then the treatment effect, heart function before and after the treatment were compared in the two groups. Results After 6 months treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.4% , which was significantly higher than 70.7% of the control group (P<0.05); the LVEF, LVEDV, LVESV of the observation group after treatment were significantly superior to those of the control group (P<0.01); the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant defference (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of joint captopril and metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure clinical is better than that of the captopril therapy. The joint therapy can significantly improve patients` cardiac function, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
