依达拉奉与氯吡格雷联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效评价

摘要：

目的 探讨依达拉奉与氯吡格雷联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2013年5月至2016年5月收治的116例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，其中对照组58例患者给予依达拉奉进行治疗，研究组58例患者在对照组的基础上联合使用氯吡格雷进行治疗，对比两组的临床治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分及治疗前后患者血液流变学指标水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后60天两组的神经 功能缺损评分及血液流变学指标水平均呈下降趋势（P<0.05），且研究组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对急性脑梗死患者采用氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉联合治疗，能有效提高临床疗效，降低神经功能缺损评分，值得临床推广。

Curative effect value of edaravone combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the curative effect of edaravone combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method. Fifty-eight cases in the control group received edaravone treatment, while the study group received clopidogrel on the basis of edaravone. The clinical therapeutic effect, score of neurological impairment and changes of hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the neurological impairment score and levels of blood rheology index of the two groups decreased 60 days later after treatment (P<0.05), and those in the study group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with edaravone can effectively improve clinical efficacy and reduce the neurological impairment score of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
