中西医结合治疗创伤骨科疾病疗效观察

摘要：
目的 观察中西医结合治疗创伤骨科疾病的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的100例创伤骨科患者作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组患者行西医治疗，观察组患者行中西医治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为92.0%，明显高于对照组的74.0%（P<0.05）。观察组患者的软组织复原优良率为88.0%，明显高于对照组的72.0%（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗创伤骨科疾病有助于缩短患者恢复时间，调节骨组织环境，值得大力推广。

Clinical effect observation of integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic diseases. Methods One hundred cases of traumatic orthopedic patients admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received western medicine treatment, and the observation group accepted integrated traditional and western medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%, which was higher than 74.0% of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of soft tissue recovery of the observation group was 88.0% , which was higher than 72.0% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic diseases is conductive to reduce the recovery time and adjust the bone tissue environment, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
