大剂量脉络宁注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变40例临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨大剂量脉络宁注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的80例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者给予糖尿病常规药物治疗，治疗组患者在上述常规治疗的基础上采用生理盐水250 mL加入脉络宁40 mL静滴，观察两组患者的临床效果及治疗前、后血液流变学指标水平。结果 治疗组总有效率为 87.50%，明显高于对照组的52.50%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的血液流变学各指标水平明显优于治疗前，且治疗组明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 大剂量脉络宁应用于DPN患者临床效果显著，安全性较高。

Clinical effect of high dose of Mailuoning injection in 40 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high dose of Mailuoning injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Eighty cases of patients with DPN admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional diabetes drug treatment, while the treatment group received 250 mL normal saline (NS) combined with Mailuoning injection 40 mL intravenous drip on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects and changes of blood rheology indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%, which was high than 52.50% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood rheology indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on incidence rate of adverse reactions (P跃0.05). Conclusion High dose of Mailuoning injection in the treatment of DPN has significant clinical effect and high safety.
