老年患者腰—硬联合麻醉的安全性分析

摘要：
目的 探讨老年患者腰—硬联合麻醉的安全性。方法 将我院收治的500例老年住院患者根据麻醉方式进行分组，接受硬膜外麻醉240例患者为对照组，实施腰—硬联合麻醉的260例患者则作为观察组，观察两组患者的麻醉效果及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组麻醉药物用量、麻醉药物起效时间、阻滞完善时间均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的HR、SPO2、MAP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。对照组并发症发生率为13.8%，观察组并发症发生率为1.5%，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。术后，两组患者的生活质量各项指标评分均明显优于术前，且观察组生活质量各项指标评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 老年患者腰-硬联合麻醉的安全性高，且麻醉效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

Safety analysis of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients

ABSTRACT：Objective To explore the safety of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods Five hundred elderly patients were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia modes, 240 patients who received epidural anesthesia were chosen as the control group, 260 patients who accepted combined spinal epidural anesthesia were selected as the observation group. The anesthesia effects and the incidences of complications were compared. Results The anesthesia drug dosage, drug onset time and complete block time of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on the levels of HR, SPO2 and MAP between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidence rate of the observation group was 1.5%, which was lower than 13.8% of the control group (P<0.05). After
operation, the life quality scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients has high safety, and the anesthetic effect is significant, which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical practice.
