阿卡波糖与二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选择我院收治的84例初发2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各42例。对照组患者采用二甲双胍治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上增加阿卡波糖治疗，比较两组患者治疗前、后血糖指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后，两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于治疗前，且观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 初发2型糖尿病采用二甲双胍和阿卡波糖治疗，临床疗效较好，该方案安全可靠。

Clinical effect of acarbose and metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 primary diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty four cases of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given metformint, and the observation group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group. The levels of blood glucose before and after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of fasting hyperglycemia, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on adverse reactions of the two groups between the groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Acarbose combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes has significant clinical effects, this scheme is safe and reliable.
