胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并快速型室上性心动过速的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并快速型室上性心动过速疾病的临床疗效。方法 选取2011年1月至2016年6月我院收治的80例心力衰竭合并快速型室上性心动过速患者，按住院顺序分为A组（41例）和B组（39例）。B组患者使用西地 兰进行治疗，而A组患者使用胺碘酮进行治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率，不良反应发生情况及心率水平变化情况。结果 A组的总有效率为97.56%，明显高于B组的82.05%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。A组不良反应的总发生率为4.88%，明显少于B组的23.08%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。用药后0.5、1、2 h，两组患者的心率均明显低于用药前，呈下降趋势。且用药后2 h，A组患者心率明显小于B组（P<0.05）。结论 胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并快速型室上性心动过速临床效果显著，能有效降低患者的心率，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated with rapid ventricular tachycardia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with rapid ventricular tachycardia. Methods Eighty cases of patients with heart failure complicated with rapid ventricular tachycardia from January 2011 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into group A (41 cases) and group B (39 cases). The patients in the group B were treated with cedilanid, while the patients in the group A were given amiodarone. The clinical effect, adverse reaction and heart rate changes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the group A was 97.56%, which was higher than 82.05% of the group B (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the group A was 4.88%, which was lower than 23.08% of the the group B (P<0.05). After treatment for 0.5, 1, 2 h , the heart rates of two groups were better than those before treatment and being downtrend; after treatment for 2 h, the heart rate of the group A was lower than that of the group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone on heart failure complicated with rapid ventricular tachycardia has significant effect, it can
effectively reduce the patients` heart rate and has high security, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
