奥曲肽辅助奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨奥曲肽辅助奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效。方法 选取我院60例非静脉曲张性上消化道 出血患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。观察组患者采用奥曲肽辅助奥美拉唑治疗，对照组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗， 分别在治疗前、治疗后24、48、72 h比较两组患者的生命体征、输血量、止血时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者的心率、收缩压均显著改善（P<0.05）；但舒张压较治疗前无明显变化（P>0.05）；且治疗后上述指标组间比较，差异均不显著（P>0.05）。观察组的输血量显著少于对照组，止血时间显著短于对照组，临床总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 采用奥曲肽辅助奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血可有效改善患者的临床症状，并且见效快，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Therapeutic effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Sixty patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with octreotide assisted omeprazole, and the control group was treated with omeprazole, the vital signs, blood transfusion volume, hemostasis time, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared before and 24, 48 and 72 hours after treatment. Results After treatment, the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly improved (P <0.05), but the diastolic blood pressure has no significant difference compared with that before treatment (P>0.05); and the difference of above indicators between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). The blood transfusion volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the hemostasis time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference on the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Octreotide assisted omeprazole on the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, with quick effect and high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
