补中汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察补中汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效。方法 选取在2015年4月至2016年5月来本科室就诊的120例老年原发性高血压患者，根据随机法将其分成两组，一组是采用中西药结合治疗的对照组，一组是补中汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗的观察组，每组60例，观察两组患者的总有效率。结果 采用补中汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗的观察组不仅在降压总有效率明显高于采用中西药结合治疗的对照组，还在治疗后症候总有效率也明显高于中西药结合治疗的对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用补中汤加味联合耳穴压豆治疗老年原发性高血压效果明显，具有推广价值，应大力推广。

Efficacy observation of modified Buzhong decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in treating elderly essential hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Buzhong decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing on elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were selected. According to the random stratification method, they were divided into two groups. Patients in one of the groups was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which was classified as the control group. And patients in the other group, which was classified as the observation group, was treated with modified Buzhong decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing, each group had 60 patients. The total effective rate of patients in the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, the total antihypertensive effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, the total symptoms effective rate after treatment was also significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of modified Buzhong decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of essential hypertension is obvious and worthy of popularization.
