小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法 选取120例在我院就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿， 随机分为观察组（小青龙汤加减治疗）和对照组（孟鲁司特钠片治疗），各60例。对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率为91.67%，明显高于对照组的76.67%（P<0.05）。观察组患儿的FEV1、PEF明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患儿的症状积分、咳嗽和咯痰积分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组的症状积分、咳嗽和咯痰积分均有所降低，且观察组的症状积分、咳嗽和咯痰积分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 小青龙加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著，可以改善肺通气功能，缓解患儿中医症候，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect Xiaoqinglong decoction on children cough variant asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong deco ction on children cough variant asthma.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of children with cough variant asthma in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (received the Xiaoqinglong decoction) and control group (received montelukast sodium tablets), with 60 cases in each group. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The FEV1 and PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences on the symptom scores, cough and sputum scores in the two groups (P >0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores, cough and sputum scores in the two groups decreased, the symptom scores, cough and sputum scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of children cough variant asthma has good clinical effect, which can improve the children`s pulmonary ventilation function, relive children`s traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, it is worthy of clinical application.
