缝合锚钉结合半腱肌修复膝内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤的临床研究

摘要：

目的 探讨缝合锚钉结合半腱肌移植修复治疗膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤的临床效果。方法 选择2008年1月至2015年1月我院收治的采用缝合锚钉结合半腱肌修复内侧副韧带的37例患者，采用解剖修复基础上游离移植半腱肌，并将其近端转位至内侧副韧带股骨侧止点来重建，观察其临床效果。结果 37例患者中，31例术后得到随访，随访时间6~12个月。末次随访结果显示优18例，良10例，中3例，优良率为93.55%。结论 缝合锚钉结合半腱肌移植修复治疗膝关节内侧副韧带芋 度损伤的临床效果显著。

Clinical study on suture anchor combined with semitendinosus tendon transplantation in the treatment of the third degree injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of suture anchor combined with semitendinosus tendon transplantation in the treatment of the third degree injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint. Methods From January 2008 to January 2015, 37 cases of patients with medial collateral ligament of knee joint injury in our hospital were selected and treated with free transplantation of semitendinosus muscle on the basis of anatomical repair, and the proximal end was transposed to the lateral femoral check point of medial collateral ligament to reconstructed. The clinical effect was observed. Results Of the 37 cases of patients, 31 cases were followed up for 6-12 months. The results of the last follow-up showed that 18 cases were excellent, 10 cases were good and 3 cases were fair. The excellent rate was 93.55%. Conclusion Suture anchor combined with semitendinosus tendon transplantation has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of the third degree injury of medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint.
