腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术的临床应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术在临床中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年1月至2015年1月我院收治的需要进行胆囊阑尾联合切除术患者100例，采用数字随机法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组50例。试验组患者采用腹腔镜下胆囊阑尾联合切除术治疗，对照组患者采用传统手术方式治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 试验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者的并发症发生率为4.0%，低于对照组患者的18.0%（P< 0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下胆囊阑尾联合切除术在胆囊阑尾疾病中，效果显著，可以在一个手术中同时处理两种疾病，缩短了手术时间，同时具有创伤小、术后并发症少等优点。

Clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy. Methods One hundred cases of patients with cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in experimental group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy, while the patients in control group were treated with traditional surgery treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of experimental group was 4.0%, which was lower than 18.0% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with appendectomy in the treatment of patients with gallbladder and appedectomy disease is significant, which can handle two kinds of disease at the same time, shorten the operation time, and it has the advantages of small trauma and less postoperative complications.
