三联疗法联合康复新液治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 三联疗法联合康复新液治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的疗效进行分析。方法 次研究对象是我院2014年6月至2015年6月收治的248例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各124例。对照组患者使用三联疗法治疗，研究组患者给予三联疗法联合康复新液进行治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平及幽门螺杆菌清除、复发情况。结果 究组患者临床总有效率为83.88%，明显高于对照组患者的62.10%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者幽门螺杆菌清除率高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用三联疗法联合康复新液对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者进行治疗，临床效果较佳,能有效改善炎性因子水平，幽门螺杆菌清除率高，复发率低，可以广泛应用。

Effect analysis of triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of gastric

ulcer associated with helicobacter pylori

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of gastric ulcer associated with helicobacter. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 248 cases of patients with gastric ulcer associated with helicobacter were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 124 cases in each group. The control group received triple therapy, and the study group accepted triple therapy combined with Kangfuxin liquid. The clinical effects, inflammatory cytokines, eradication rate of helicobacter pylori and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 83.88%, which was higher than 62.10% of the control group (P<0.05). The hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Triple therapy ombined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of gastric ulcer associated with helicobacter has significant clinical effect, it can significantly improve the inflammatory cytokines and has higher eradication of helicobacter pylori and lower recurrence rate, which can be widely used in clinic.
