痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿感染的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿感染的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2012年3月至2016年8月我院收治的老年肺气肿感染患者210例的治疗情况，接受单纯头孢呋辛钠治疗的105例患者归入对照组，接受痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗的105例患者归入观察组。治疗后，观察两组患者的治疗效果、残气率（RV/TLC）、一秒率（FEV1.0/FVC）及肺弥散量（Dlco）变化情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效为94.29%（99/105）；明显高于对照组的84.71%（90/105）（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的RV/TLC、FEV1.0/FVC 及Dlco水平均有显著改善（P<0.05），且观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿效果较好，不但能快速改善患者临床症状，且能帮助提高患者的肺功能，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of senile emphysema infection

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of senile emphysema infection. Methods The data of 210 cases of patients with senile emphysema infection in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, 105 cases of patients received cefuroxime sodium were classified in the control group and 105 cases of patients received Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime sodium were classified in the observation group. After treatment, the therapeutic effect, residual gas rate (RV/TLC), one second rate (FEV1.0/FVC) and lung diffusing capacity (Dlco) in the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29% (99/105), which was significantly higher than 84.71% (90/105) of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of RV/TLC、FEV1.0/FVC and Dlco in the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment (P<0.05); and the levels of RV/TLC、FEV1.0/FVC and Dlco in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of senile emphysema has good clinical effect, which not only can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, but alse can improve patients` lung function. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
