甲状腺功能检测在老年人甲减筛查中的应用意义分析

摘要：

目的 探究甲状腺功能检测在老年人甲减筛查中的应用意义。方法 选取2016年5月至2016年7月我院收治的65岁以上老年甲减患者50例作为A组，并选取同期体检的65 岁以上健康体检者50例作为B组。对两组受检者均进行甲状腺功能检查，对比两组受检者的甲状腺素功能水平。结果 两组受检者的甲状腺功能水平比较，A 组的T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平均显著低于B组，TSH水平显著高于B组（P<0.05）；A组中，检测出TPOAb阳性7例，TgAb阳性8例，阳性检出率为30.0%，而在B组中，仅检测出1例TPOAb阳性，阳性检出率为2.0%。两组患者TPOAb、TgAb阳性检出率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 甲状腺功能检测应用于老年人甲减筛查中，具有较高的应用价值，能够通过甲状腺功能水平了解患者的基本情况，对甲减患者进行准确排查，可对甲减患者及时诊断，可有效提高老年人的健康水平，值得推广应用。

Application significance analysis of thyroid function detection in elderly hypothyroidism screening

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application significance of thyroid function detection in elderly hypothyroidism screening. Methods Fifty cases of elderly hypothyroidism (over the age of 65) admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2016 were selected as group A, and 50 healthy cases aged over 65 at the same period were selected as group B. The two groups received thyroid function detection, and the thyroid hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results The comparision results of thyroid hormone levels showed that the level of T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 of group A were significantly lower than those of group B, the TSH level of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P<0.05). In group A, 7 cases of TPOAb positive and 8 cases of TgAb positive were detected, and in group B, only 1 case of TPOAb positive was detected; the positive rate of group A was 30.0%, which was higher than 2.0% of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid function detection can be applied in elderly hypothyroidism screening. With high clinical value, it can abtain the basic condition of the patients with the level of thyroid function, accurately screen and diagnose hypothyroidism patients, and promote patients` health, which is worth popularization and application.
