杜仲叶和杜仲皮中化学成分的比较

摘要:

目的 探讨杜仲叶和杜仲皮中的化学成分差异性。方法 采用超声提取方式,溶剂为甲醇水溶液,超声后的溶液依次采用乙酸乙酯、正己烷以及正丁醇进行萃取,后采用高效液相色谱柱进行色谱图成分分析。结果 经色谱图鉴定,杜仲叶中化学成分明显少于杜仲皮中的化学成分,成分含量也低于杜仲皮中成分的含量。结论 中药杜仲的杜仲皮和杜仲叶中有相互所不含有的化学成分,两者在替代用药时应该更加注意,以避免患者在应用时出现不良反应。

    Comparison of chemical composition for Eucommia ulmoides and Eucommia folium

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the differences of chemical composition between Eucommia ulmoides and Eucommia folium. Methods The ultrasonic extraction method was taken, and the solvent was aqueous methanol. The sonicated solution was taken extraction with ethyl acetate, n-hexane and n-butanol sequentially. Then high performance liquid chromatography column diagram was taken for composition analysis. Results Identified by chromatogram, the chemical composition of the Eucommia folium were significantly less than that of Eucommia ulmoides, and the component content was lower than that of Eucommia ulmoides. Conclusion Chinese medicine Eucommia ulmoides and folium have different chemical compositions, both should be paid more attention when an alternative medication, so as to avoid adverse reactions in the application.
