前置胎盘患者应用综合护理干预的效果分析

摘要：
目的 探讨综合护理干预在前置胎盘护理中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的100例前置胎盘患者为研究对象，根据应用护理方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受综合护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的产前出血量、产后出血量及产后感染发生率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组新生儿体重、Apgar评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对前置胎盘患者给予综合护理干预，能改善妊娠结局，保障母婴的生命安全，值得临床推广。

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with placenta previa

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with placenta. Methods One hundred cases of placenta previa patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing modes, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences on the prenatal and postpartum hemorrhage volume and incidence of postpartum infection between two groups (P<0.05). The neonatal weight, Apgar score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion To provide comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with placenta previa can improve the pregnancy outcome and guarantee the life safety of mother and infant, which is worthy of popularization in clinic.
