护理干预应用于老年骨质疏松症患者的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨护理干预应用于老年骨质疏松症患者的临床效果。方法 选择2014年4月至2015年4月在我院接受治疗的85例老年骨质疏松症患者为研究对象，对其实施护理干预措施，比较干预前、后患者的生活质量水平及骨密度情况。结果 干预后，患者的生活质量各项指标的评分均明显优于干预前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预后，患者的骨密度明显优于干预前，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对老年骨质疏松症患者实施护理干预能够有效提升患者的生活质量及骨密度水平，临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with osteoporosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods Eighty five cases of senile osteoporosis patients from April 2014 to April 2015 admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were treated with nursing intervention. The quality of life and bone density before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results The scores of quality of life indicators of patients after intervention were significantly better than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the bone mineral density of the patients were better than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and bone mineral density in elderly patients with osteoporosis, and the effect is significant, which is worth promoting in clinic.
