规范化癌痛护理干预对癌痛患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨规范化癌痛护理干预对癌痛患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月我院收治的150例癌症患者，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各75例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预，观察组患者在常规护理干预基础上联合规范化癌痛护理干预。比较两组患者干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分和生活质量情况。结果 干预后，观察组患者焦 虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 规范化癌痛护理干预方案能有效缓解癌痛患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，改善其生活质量，值得在临床应用上推广。

The effect of standardized pain nursing intervention on anxiety depression and quality of life of patients with cancer pain

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of standardized pain nursing intervention on anxiety depression and quality of life of patients with cancer pain. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with cancer pain treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated with conventional nursing intervention combined with standardized pain nursing intervention. The anxiety depression grades and quality situation of life of the two groups before and after the nursing intervention were compared. Results After the nursing intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life of patients assessment questionnaire (GQOLI-74) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized plan nursing intervention can alleviate anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, and improve quality of life of patients with cancer pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
