母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的价值分析

摘要：

目的 研究母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年6月至2016年6月于我院分娩的产妇120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组产妇采用传统护理模式，观察组产妇采用母婴床旁护理模式，比较两组产妇的护理满意度及新生儿母乳喂养成功率。结果 观察组产妇护理满意度为96.7%，明显高于对照组的78.3%；观察组新生儿母乳喂养成功率为95.0%明显高于对照组的75.0%，两组产妇的护理满意度与母乳喂养成功率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的应用效果显著，提高了护理满意度及新生儿母乳喂养成功率，且有利于产妇身体的恢复，增进产妇与新生儿之间的感情，使产妇掌握了新生儿护理相关知识，改善护患关系，提高产科的护理质量。

Application value analysis of maternal-infants bed nursing in obstetrics

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical application effect of maternal-infants bed nursing in obstetrics. Methods A total of 120 maternity patients from June 2015 to June 2016 delivered in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Traditional nursing was performed in the control group, while maternal-infants bed nursing was employed in the observation group. The nursing satisfaction rate and the breastfeeding success rate were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.7% , which was higher than 78.3% of the control group; and the breastfeeding success rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was also higher than 75.0% of the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Maternal -infants bed nursing with significant clinical application efficacy can improve the nursing satisfaction rate and breastfeeding success rate, and it is benefit for maternal to grasp the nursing items and to recover from illness. It also can improve the emotion between maternal and infants, and promote the relationship between nurses and patients and the qualities of nursing in obstetrics.
