椎间孔镜术与椎板开窗术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

摘要：

目的 对比青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者应用椎间孔镜术、椎板开窗术进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年10月至2015年10月收治的青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者49例，随机分成研究组（采用椎间孔镜术，n=27）和参照组（采用椎板开窗术，n=22），比较两组患者术后住院时间、术后卧床时间、切口长度、出血量和手术时间等。结果 研究组患者手术时间为（83.8±10.3）min，明显长于参照组的（58.6±9.3）min，另外住院时间（2.7±1.1）d、卧床时间（0.9±1.2）d、切口长度（0.6±0.1）cm 和出血量（9.1±2.9）mL均明显低于参照组住院时间（13.7±3.7）d、卧床时间（6.5±2.3）d、切口长度（5.3±0.5）cm 和出血量（50.6±8.4）mL，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者采取经椎间孔镜术治疗，切口更小，住院时间更短，在临床治疗中更具优越性。

Effect analysis of transforaminal endoscopic discectomy and simple vertebral lamina fenestration

on juvenile lumbar disc herniation

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effect of transforaminal endoscopic discectomy and simple vertebral lamina fenestration on juvenile lumbar disc herniation. Methods Forty-nine cases of juvenile patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into study group ( accepted transforaminal endoscopic discectomy, n=27) and reference group (received vertebral lamina fenestration, n=22), then the postoperative hospital stays, bed time, incision length, blood loss and operative time were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group, the operation time was (83.8±10.3) min, which was significantly longer than (58.6±9.3)min in the reference group (P<0.05); the hospitalization time (2.7±1.1) d, bed time (0.9±1.2) d, incision length (0.6±0.1)cm and bleeding (9.1± 2.9) mL in the study group were significantly lower than (13.7±3.7) d, (6.5±2.3) d, (5.3±0.5) cm and (50.6±8.4) mL in the reference group, the data of two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion For juvenilepatients with lumbar disc herniation, transforaminal endoscopic discectomy treatment has smaller incisions, shorter hospital stays and more advantages in clinic.
