氯吡格雷联合尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析与探究氯吡格雷联合尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取本院2012年1月至2015年12月收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，依据入院时间分为A组与B组，A组35例，B 组25例。A组采用氯吡格雷联合尿激酶治疗，B组采用阿司匹林联合尿激酶治疗，比较并分析两组患者的临床疗效与心肌缺血、心律失常、心源性休克、未致 死性再梗死等并发症发生率。结果 A组的治疗总有效率为91.43%，明显高于B组的84.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。A组的并发症总发生率为14.29%，明显低于B组的24.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 氯吡格雷联合尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗死具有显著的临床疗效，且安全性高，可以在临床中普遍应用。

Clinical efficacy analysis of clopidogrel combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 60 cases of acute myocardial infraction admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B according to admission time, with 35 cases in group A and 25 cases in group B. The patients in group A were treated with clopidogrel combined with urokinase, while the patients in group B accepted aspirin combined with urokinase. And the clinical efficacy, the incidence rate of complication such as myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, recurrent infarction were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was 91.43%, which was significantly higher than 84.00% in the group B (P<0.05); the total incidence rate of complications in the group A was 14.29%, which was significantly lower than 24.00% in the group B (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of clopidogrel combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is effective and safe, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
