腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石115例的临床效果

摘要：
目的 观察并分析腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效，并与传统小切口胆囊切除术进行对比。方法 选择我院收治的230例胆结石患者作为研究对象，将其按照手术方式的不同分为观察组与对照组，各115例。观察组患者采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术进行治疗，对照组采用传统小切口胆囊切除术进行治疗，观察对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况，并比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后排气 时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组临床优良率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 115 cases of gallstones

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones and compare with small incision cholecystectomy. Methods Two hundred and thirty cases gallstones patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different operation methods, with 115 cases in each group. The observation group was taken laparoscopic cholecystectomy, while the control group was given small incision cholecystectomy. The operation time, blood loss during operation, postoperative recovery and the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The operation time and blood loss during operation in observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative activity time, hospitalization and incidence rate of complication in observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The clinical effect excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significant. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
