rhBNP联合硝普钠治疗难治性心衰的临床观察

摘要：
目的 观察重组人脑利钠肽（rhBNP）联合硝普钠治疗难治性心衰（RHF）的效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年4月我院收治的RHF患者80例，按不同治疗药物分为观察组和对照组，各40例。两组患者均接受常规心衰治疗，对照组患者同时予以米力农治疗，观察组患者采用rhBNP联合硝普钠治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 在治疗结束后，观察组患者的 LVEF、SV、CI水平均高于对照组，LVEDD、NE、NT-proBNP水平均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 rhBNP联合硝普钠治疗RHF，能明显改善患者心功能，可进一步研究其对患者心脏重塑的影响。

Clinical observation of rhBNP combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of refractory heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of refractory heart failure (RHF). Methods Eighty cases of RHF admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment therapeutic drugs, with 40 cases in each group. Both of groups were given heart failure treatment, on this basis, the control group received milrinone, while the observation group received rhBNP and sodium nitrate. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the levels of LVEF, SV and CI of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); LVEDD, NE and NT-proBNP levels were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The rhBNP combine with sodium nitroprusside can significantly improve cardiac function in treating RHF, and further studies on the influence in cardiac remodeling should be conducted.
