中西医结合对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果。方法 收集冠心病心绞痛患者共122例，根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则将其分为对照组和观察组，各61例。对照组接受西药治疗，观察组接受中西医结合治疗，比较两组患者的心电图疗效及血液流变学改善情况。结果 观察组心电图疗效明显高于对照组（χ²=8.502，P=0.004）；观察组全血比高切粘度、血小板粘附率均显著优于对照组（t=4.318，t=6.977，P=0.000）。结论 中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效更佳，可降低心绞痛的发生率，改善患者机体的血液流变学，值得推广。

Observation on curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectioris

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 122 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to a randomized, single-blind principle, with 61 cases in each group The control group received Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The electrocardiogram efficacy and hemorheology improvement in the two groups were compared. Results The electrocardiogram efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( χ²=8.502, P=0.004); the high shear viscosity of whole blood and platelet adhesion rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (t=4.318, 6.977,P=0.000). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine treatment has better efficacy for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris which can reduce the incidence of angina and improve the body's blood rheology, it is worthy of promotion.
