消毒供应中心实施集中管理对医院感染控制的效果

摘要：
目的 探究在消毒供应中心实施集中管理对医院感染控制的效果。方法 本院于2015年1月至2015年12月对消毒供应中心实施集中管理，回顾性分析管理情况及医院感染情况；并与2014年1月至2014年12月未实施集中管理的结果进行对比，涉及指标有器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率及医院感染发生率。结果 实施消毒供应中心集中管理后，器械的清洗合格率、灭菌合格率显著上升，前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；管理后，医院的感染发生率明显下降，前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 消毒供应中心实施集中管理，能够在很大程度上提高器械清洗合格率与灭菌合格率，预防医院感染的发生，具有很高的应用价值。

The control effect of the implementation of centralized management in disinfection supply center

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the control effect of disinfection supply center in the implementation of centralized management. Methods Our hospital carried out centralized management of disinfection and supply center from January 2015 to December 2015. Retrospectively analyzed the cases on the implementation of centralized management in disinfection supply center, and compared it without the management in hospital infection from January 2014 to December 2014. The indexes included indicators equipment cleaning rate, sterilization rate and the incidence, and the incidence of nosocomial infection. Results After the disinfection supply center centralized management, the qualified rate in equipment cleaning considerably increased, and sterilization, percent of pass were obviously increased after the management, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, the incidence of hospital infection obviously dropped, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The disinfection supply center in the implementation of centralized management can largely improve the equipment and cleaning rate of sterilization, and can prevent the occurrence of hospital infection, which has a high application value.
