超声在腘窝囊肿破裂诊断中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨超声对腘窝囊肿破裂的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 对21例经超声检查诊断，且经X线造影、MR、穿刺抽液、 手术确诊为腘窝囊肿破裂的病例声像图进行回顾性分析。结果 腘窝囊肿破裂超声表现主要为在小腿软组织间隙内见混合回声肿块，且肿块向上经一蒂状结构与关节腔相通，下缘为一盲端，内无血流或少许点状血流信号。19例超声诊断结果与MR、 X线造影、穿刺抽液、手术结果一致，1例误诊为肌间静脉血栓，1例误诊为肌间血肿，超声诊断符合率90.0%。结论 利用超声的检查优势，可作为腘窝囊肿破裂的首选影像学检查方法。

The application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ruptured popliteal cyst

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ruptured popliteal cyst. Methods The sonograms of ultrasonography of 21 patients who were diagnosed with ultrasonography, X-ray angiography, MR, puncture drainage and surgical operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results The ultrasound appearance of ruptured popliteal cyst was that mixed echo mass was found, in the soft tissue gap seen and mass to the pedicle structure and joint cavity, the lower edge of a blind end, no blood flow or a blood flow signal of the point. Nineteen cases were diagnosed by ultrasound and MR, X -ray contrast, puncture and drainage, and surgical results, 1 case was misdiagnosed as muscular venous thrombosis, and 1 case was misdiagnosed as intramuscular hematoma, the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 90.0% . Conclusion The of ultrasound examination can be used as the first choice of imaging examination method of popliteal cyst rupture.
