医院检验科生化质量控制管理工作中存在的问题及对策

摘要：
目的 分析医院检验科生化质量控制管理工作中存在的问题，并为问题的解决提出对策。方法 对2014年11月至2016年6月于我院进行生化检验的456例患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析，并对患者进行常规检查，在必要的时候进行辅助检查，分析在采取改进措施之前医院检验科生化质量控制管理工作的情况。结果 本次研究的456例进行生化检查的患者中共有58例样品发生污染，不合格率为12.72%，不合格中属门诊患者的质量控制管理效果最差，不合理达到44.83%。结论 医院检验科生化质量控制管理工作是医院的一项重点工作，还存在着很多的问题，临床应该针对检验科生化质量控制管理工作中的问题采取改进措施，切实提高医院检验科生化质量控制管理工作的水平与效果。

Problems and countermeasures on biochemical quality management of clinical laboratory

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the problems on biochemical quality management of clinical laboratory and put forward some countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 456 patients who received biochemical tests in our hospital from November 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients took routine examination, assisted examination was conducted when necessary. The situation before hospital laboratory biochemical quality control management was analyzed. Results In 456 patients who took biochemical examination, 58 cases had sample contamination, the failure rate was 12.72%, the outpatients had the worst quality control management, the unreasonable rate reached to 44.83%. Conclusion Hospital laboratory biochemical quality control management is a key issue, there are still many problems in current work. The clinical improvement measures should be taken for laboratory biochemical quality control management problems, and to improve the level of quality control and management effectively.
