肢体语言沟通应用于小儿护理中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 分析肢体语言沟通应用于小儿护理中的临床效果。方法 选取2014年2月至2016年5月600例儿科患儿作为研究对象，并根据临床护理干预方法进行分组，每组300例。对照组患儿（n=300）采用一般护理措施，观察组（n=300）在常规护理的基础上强化肢体语言沟通，比较两组患儿临床护理干预效果。结果 观察组患儿治疗配合程度明显优于对照组患儿（P<0.05）；观察组各项护理质量评分、家属对护理工作的满意度均显著优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肢体语言沟通模式应用效果明显，能够提高工作效率，值得广泛推广。

Clinical effect of body language communication in pediatric nursing

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of body language communication in pediatric nursing. Methods Six hundred cases of pediatric patients from May of 2014 to February of 2016 were selected as the research objects, all the patients were divided into two groups according to the clinical nursing intervention methods, with 300 cases in each group. The control group (n=300) was used general nursing intervention, while the observation group (n=300) was supplied with body language communication on the basis of general nursing intervention. The clinical nursing intervention effects of two groups were compared. Results The treatment coordination of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the scores of nursing intervention and the satisfaction degree of family members in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Body language communication mode has significant application effect, it can improve work efficiency, and it is worthy of extensive promotion.
