雾化吸入联合纤支镜给药治疗支气管内膜结核的疗效观察及护理

摘要：
目的 探讨支气管内膜结核的联合治疗和护理方法。方法 将60例确诊为支气管内膜结核的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各30例。对照组接受常规的全身抗结核治疗，治疗组在全身抗结核治疗的基础上，应用纤支镜局部给药1次/周，同时给予雾化吸入2次/d 的联合疗法。治疗2个月后观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组患者在临床症状改善效果、痰菌阴转率、纤支镜下病灶吸收率方面比较，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 雾化吸入联合纤支镜局部给药治疗支气管内膜结核，疗程短、费用低、患者痛苦小，治疗及护理效果显著。

Efficacy observation and nursing of endobronchial tuberculosis treated with atomization inhalation
combined with bronchoscopy

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss a combined treatment and nursing method of patients with endobronchial tuberculosis (EBTB). Methods Sixty cases of patients with EBTB were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment, while the treatment group added a combined method that was local drug delivery once a week under bronchoscopy, and aerosol inhalation twice a day. After 2 months of treatment and nursing, the effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences of the improvement of clinical symptoms, the rate of sputum negative conversion and the lesions absorbance rate under bronchoscopy between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Inhalation combined with bronchoscopy local treatment has short course of treatment, low cost and small pain of patients for endobronchial tuberculosis. The effect of treatment and nursing is remarkable.
