超声在甲状腺疾病前期诊断中的重要性分析

摘要：
目的 探讨超声在甲状腺疾病前期诊断中的重要性。方法 选取2014年12月至2015年12月来我院进行甲状腺超声检 查的受检者396例的临床资料，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。对患者的诊断情况和病理资料进行比较分析。结果 对所有患者行超声诊断后，将诊断结果与患者的实际病理结果进行对比发现，诊断准确356例（89.90%），漏诊18例（4.55%），误诊12例（3.03%）。结论 超声应用于甲状腺疾病的早期诊断中准确性较高，对患者后期的治疗具有重要意义，值得在临床上应用推广。

The importance of ultrasound in early diagnosis of thyroid diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the importance of ultrasound in early diagnosis of thyroid diseases. Methods The clinical data of 396 cases of patients who accepted thyroid diseases detection with ultrasound in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the ultrasound diagnosis results of the patients were compared with the clinical pathologic results. Results All patients underwent ultrasound diagnosis, according to comparison of patients' pathologic results and ultrasound results, it showed that the ultrasound detected 356 cases (89.90%), missed 18 cases (4.55%), and misdiagnosed 12 cases (3.03%). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for early diagnosis of thyroid disease is higher, and it has great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of patients, which is worthy of application in clinical practice.
