中医推拿贴敷治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效

摘要：
目的 探讨中医推拿贴敷治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法 对我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的小儿急性腹泻患儿80例的临床资料进行统计分析。结果 中医推拿贴敷组患儿的腹泻次数显著少于西医思密达组（P<0.05），退热时间、 止泻时间、住院时间均显著短于西医思密达组（P<0.05），治疗总有效率97.50%（39/40）显著高于西医思密达组75.00%（30/ 40）（P<0.05）。结论 中医推拿贴敷治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效较西医思密达好。

Clinical efficacy of Chinese massage patching in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese massage patching in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of children with acute diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were analyzed. Results The diarrhea frequency of TCM massage group was significantly less than that of the western medicine smecta group (P<0.05); the cooling time, antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time in the TCM massage group were significantly shorter than those in the western medicine smecta group (P <0.05); the total treatment efficiency of the TCM massage group was 97.50% (39/40), which was significantly higher than 75.00% (30/40) of the western medicine smecta group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of TCM massage group is better than that of the western medicine smecta in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea.
