刺络拔罐联合药物治疗中度寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘要：
目的 观察刺络拔罐联合药物与单一应用药物治疗中等痤疮的临床疗效。方法 将218例中度痤疮患者随机分为两组， 治疗组110例患者采用刺络放血拔罐联合口服盐酸米诺环素、外搽0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏治疗，对照组108例患者口服盐酸米 诺环素、外搽0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏治疗，两组连续治疗6周，对比两组患者的疗效，3、6个月后观察痊愈者的复发情况。结果 治疗组与对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为90.91%和80.56%，3、6个月的总复发率为14.29%和44.44%，两组患者总有效率、 总复发率比较，差异有统计学学意义（P<0.05）。结论 刺络拔罐结合口服外用药物疗效好，不良反应少，复发率低。

Curative effect observation of stab winding cupping combined with medication on moderate acne vulgaris

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of stab winding cupping combined with drugs and single medication in the treatment of moderate acne. Methods Two hundred and eighteen cases of patients with acne were randomly divided into two groups, 110 cases in the treatment group accepted stab winding cupping combined with oral minocycline hydrochloride and outside liniment of 0.1% tazarotene, while 108 cases in the control group received oral minocycline hydrochloride and outside liniment of 0.1% tazarotene. The two groups were both given continuous treatment for six weeks. The curative effect of two groups were compared and the recurrence of revovery patients after 3、6 months were observed.
Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.91% and 80.56% respectively, and the total recurrence rate of 3 months, 6 months in the treatment group and the control group were 14.29% and 44.44% respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Stab winding cupping combined with oral drugs and external use drugs has a good curative effect, which is with less adverse reaction and lower recurrence rate.
