中医升降理论在脾胃病临床中的运用

摘要：

目的 研究中医升降理论在脾胃病临床应用中的价值。方法 选择我院在2013年4月至2016年5月收治的180例脾胃病患者作为研究对象，将所有患者以随机方法划分为观察组和对照组，各90例。对照组患者采用常规的西医治疗方法进行治疗，观察组患者采用中医升降理论对患者进行辨证施治，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗效果明显 高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于临床上的脾胃病患者，治疗过程中以中医升降理论为主，为患者进行辨证施治，可有效地促进患者的恢复，具有临床推广使用的价值。

The application of the theory of rise and fall of Chinese medicine in the spleen and stomach disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the theory of rise and fall for the treatment of spleen and stomach disease. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of pationts with spleen and stomach disease from April 2013 to May 2013 were choosed as the research objects and radomly divided into observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated by medical rise and fall theory, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion For the spleen and stomach disease in clinic, the theory of rise and fall is priority in the process of treatnemt, and the evidence-based medicine is used for the patients, which can effectively promote the recovery of patients, with the value of clinical use.
