甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

摘要：
目的 分析甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院2014年6月至2016年1月治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例，依照不同治疗方案将其分成两组，其中对照组患者实施预混胰岛素治疗，观察组患者实施甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2h PBG）及 糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 甘精胰岛素结合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病患者临床效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical feasibility of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected in our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016, and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment programs. The control group was treated with premixed insulin and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared in the two groups. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial 2-hour blood glucose (2h PBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide has significant clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is worthy of promotion.
