静脉输液反应的护理及预防对策

摘要：

目的 总结静脉输液反应预防与护理对策。方法 本乡镇卫生院护办室承担所有的门诊和病房的治疗护理工作，从2014年1月至2016年1月，共开展输液患者877例次；采用新的更严格的输液反应筛查标准诊断后，前瞻性分析从2016年1~6月开展输液的患者204例次，并于2016年3~6月，对104例患者进行问卷调查。结果 在2016年1~6月输液的患者，出现发热、静脉炎、输液反应的总发生率高于2014年1月至2016年1月的输液患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；104例患者关 于“输液反应”知晓率为60.58%。结论 严格筛查输液反应，做好对患者宣教，严格规范操作，落实各项预防策略，对控制输液反应是十分必要的。

Nursing and prevention countermeasures of venous transfusion reaction

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the prevention and nursing countermeasures of venous transfusion reaction. Methods The health care office of the township health center bears all the outpatients and wards care. A total of 877 patients from January 2014 to January 2016 were given venous transfusion. A prospective analysis was performed on 204 patients who underwent transfusion from January to June in 2016 with a new and more stringent infusion response screening criteria.One hundred and four patients were investigated by questionnaire in 3-6 months of 2016. Results The total incidence rate of fever, phlebitis, infusion reaction from January to June in 2016 was higher than that from January 2014 to January 2016, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The awareness rate of infusion reaction was 60.58% in all the 104 patients. Conclusion It is necessary to strictly screen infusion reaction, do a good job of patient education, strictly regulate the operation and implement the prevention strategies.
